The Espiritu

The accommodations were clean, and safe. The staff is world class and so kind. This is a perfect place to have as your “home base” while exploring Santo! Cindy is the absolute best hotel manager I have ever experienced traveling through the Pacific!!!

I took a group of 16 people (14 divers and 2 non divers) to Vanuatu, stayed at The Espiritu and loved it. Mr. G... The staff member to look out for, this man just can't do enough for you, his attention to service is superb, we loved him!!! The accommodation is clean, very comfortable, the people are super nice and attentive to customer needs. A couple of point of improvement for management to consider - provide bed side lamps, provide courtesy cakes of soap on the sinks in the bathrooms. We have run dive tours to Vanuatu for over a quarter of a century and stayed at several other places with various price points and when comparing value for money, service, food, cleanliness and location, the Espiritu wins hands down. Nice hotel with an eating area around the pool the was very inviting. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Helpful staff, central location, nice pool area. Adequate complementary breakfast. But room and balcony somewhat dated and basic for price. Only 2 channels on TV. Good Wifi

Such a great stay! We were really busy on different outings throughout our time but our room was so pleasant to go back to and get the rest we needed. Very comfortable and great staff! We felt very taken care of the whole time.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff—they’re exceptionally friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and the air conditioning is excellent—a real treat after a warm day out. Another big plus is the on-site car hire, which makes getting around so convenient. A fantastic place to stay in downtown Luganville. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, excellent room service, good location, clean and quiet facilities. The restaurant and bar were well run and had a good selection of food and beverages. The location was ideal, right in the center of town and close to shops and stores.

Stayed here for four days. Great Basecamp. Room was excellent. Staff were friendly and did a great job. Food was really good. I’ve stayed in plenty of places working round the Pacific and the Espiritu would rank up there with the nicest places to stay. Highly recommended.

We didn't stay at the hotel (I wish we had!) but we visited the restaurant and bar regularly - fantastic food, good prices, lovely staff, nice atmosphere. The chicken hummus bowl was delish (we ordered it so many times). Well positioned right in town. Pacific Dive is located here too - great for scuba diving!

The internet 🛜 is super high speed for online business meetings, updating files online etc... Delicious food and friendly staffs. Would definitely recommend this property for business trip and lunch meetings, located right at the centre of Luganville town.
