Convenient location for the beach, shops and the event we were attending

I loved everything about my stay! The location is perfect: just 5 minutes from the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and Oasis Shopping Centre, where you can buy all your groceries, and only 4 minutes from the bus and tram stop. It was easy to get everywhere I needed to go, from Bond University, where I worked, to the wildlife sanctuary and Sea World. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help. The apartment was cleaned weekly (I stayed for 5 weeks) and had a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, so it truly felt like a home away from home. Many thanks to the team — I would definitely stay here again!

There are construction works nearby so there was a bit of noise but only during working hours.

Fantastic location - easy access to Pacific Fair, the light rail, plenty of places to eat, and the beach! The room itself was well appointed, with plenty of cooking utensils. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to accommodate us!

It was a bit dated

Everything was so perfect and it was so close to everything

When reached unit was happy that our first impressions were wrong

Reception area was tired with old advertising and untidy.felt we had booked a less that favourable site

Close to beach and pac fair

Apartment was on cold side. Balcony didn't have a view n was by wind tunnel. Also that they gave very poor quality coffee n tea n only 1 sachet dishwashing liquid n laundry detergent. Should have 2 for every 3/4day stay. Frying pan was non stick n scratched. Cutlery drawers bit grimy

It was comfy and tidy. The location was great

The bench and dishes were not cleaned properly. I rewashed most of the dishes before use and bought wipes to clean the bench
