Hotel Prince de Liege

I definitely would not recommend the hotel to anyone. Location is far from good. Anderlecht looks like a suburb, with limited transport access. You need to walk 25-30 minutes to the metro station and buses also take a lot of time to get to the centre. The chlorine smell in the rooms and corridor made it even more difficult to stay in the hotel. No breakfast, no adequate cleaning, basically, it should be among the cheapest hostels, but it claims to be 3-star hotel with irrelevant prices, which they certainly are not!

The room was so tiny that you had to go to the corridor to actually turn around. The bed sheets were almost black from dirt. The room needed a proper cleaning, especially the bathroom. But that was still bearable... the best thing turned out to be an amazing smell of chlorine which had made our stay a lifetime memory. Anderlecht neighbourhood is kind of depressing suburb with a transport problem. You have to walk 30 minutes to the nearest metro station. The buses came only once in 20 minutes. Service was the worst, no breakfast. It was not even close to a 3-star hotel, but hardly making to a hostel or a motel. I was really trying to write something positive too, but that's just impossible. We wanted to check out of the hotel the very first day, but we had to pay in advance and they did not return our money back. So, seriously guys, DON'T GO THERE!

"If you want to lose your self respect entirely - you should definitely check in to this "hotel". I don’t even know where to start at how dreadful this experience was. First the location was so terrifying, I was praying to return safely during the evenings (since I was working from morning till dawn). I had the pleasure of getting a room precisely located on the sidewalk, meaning that basically my window was a welcome to all the different dirty smells surrounding this area, which was a nice combination to the odor of the pools chlorine coming from the hotel itself. Of course the room didn’t had a minibar or a safe, since it was already ‘soooo secure’. Oh and lets not forget to mention the bathroom… such a delight. The construction of the sink made it possible for me to take a shower involuntarily every morning and evening and don’t even dream of getting a soap or anything complimentary from the hotel room. Anyway, I’m a positive person and I still felt a huge relieve, when I was able to escape from this room and appreciate the beauty of Brussels central areas.”

La personne à la réception laisse à désirer aussi bien au téléphone qu'au moment de l'arrivée à l'hôtel avec un avis contradictoire lorsque le patron arrive à la réception. Au téléphone confirme chien admis moyennant supplément et lors de l'arrivée un refus catégorique

This is a fine hotel. My room, nr. 40, is large and modern. The bathroom is also modern. The location is well-connected, with a bus and a villo bike point very nearby, for quick connections to central Brussels. The wifi is better than in many other hotels I've seen. It is very affordable, currently decent hotels in Brussels are all €200+ and here it's only €60. Recommended.

We stayed here for 6 nights just this month. I stayed in a lot of 3 stars hotels many times, but this one would be at most 1.5 or 2. Staff is kind of indifferent, not good not bad , just indifferent (like lazy). TV in our room was not working, we asked to come fix it, the receptionist said he will be there in 3 minutes-he came next evening when we reminded him again.There were 2 channels, off satellite, which were sooooo boring, nothing to watch, not even a news channel. We wanted to follow the attack in Barcelona news - nope, not available. TV had some kind of decoding card inside, which my son explained: its for stealing channels, or encode NOT paid channels. We asked not to clean the rooms(just dont like people going through our stuff ) but we had to ask every day for something ...toilet paper, towels, and such. If they finally changed towels - it was just for one person, my son had to go downstairs to ask for a second set of towels and bath floor mat. Room for 2 is tiny. We booked a room with 2 dbl beds, but got a QZ bed. weird! mom and son in one bed .... In general - i would not recommend it to stay there. location - 35 minutes from city center with the bus and metro.

Værelset lidt lille til 4 personer, håndklæderne var farvet af måske rust, der fik dem til at se snavsede ud. Okay til en enkel eller 2 overnatninger.

This is a classic European hotel. Really nice when you come in with very helpful staff. The rooms were big and clean with new sheets and towels every day. It is a little far from Brussels but the price makes it worth it. Would recommend to anyone.

Accueil sympa mais hotel en cour d'amélioration car nouveau propriétaire novice dans ce métier... Porte de la chambre qui ferme mal, tv qui beug(réparé dans la nuit) mais le pire est que j'ai prolongé d'un jour et la chambre n'a pas été faite a mon retour le soir ! Du jamais vu ! Très déçu, aucun geste ni excuse de la part de la réception, mettant les tord sur la femme de chambre... Je déconseille
