It’s a quaint little hotel. Easy accessibility to food, shopping & trains.

Great deal for what it was. My only complaint which ruined my view of the place: breakfast was not included which is totally fine for the price- however- complaint is that they made it seem like it was included (plus it has been in every other place we have stayed) and proceeded to charge us upon checking out. It should have been clear that it was extra. Furthermore the breakfast was not good, coffee terrible. Had I known, I would have spent my money on coffee and pastry at the place around the corner. This soured my experience.

Great location. Within walking distance of the train station and the old town center. We used this town to board the bernina express train.

The hotel needs updating. The room was small.The bathroom was not very clean and old fashioned. The shower was fixed high above your head so you had to dodge about if you didn’t want a hair wash. The pillows were extremely hard but replaced on request. The bed clothing was layered so it all fell off in the night. Breakfast was a poor selection especially if wanting gluten free. Chose this hotel because it said there was a restaurant but this was not correct it was only open for breakfast.

Good central location but on a noisy road junction. The place is well run even if a little dated.

Host of the property, Matteo was very kind and obliging, agreeing to our change of rooms for one night and even helped us move our belongings over to the new room while we were out taking in the sights. On the day of our departure he even drove us to the train station as it was raining. Excellent service!👍👍👍

Nice staff, good breakfast, great. Location near old town. My only complaint would be that we received a front room along the main highway through the town. The windows are not modern so I heard the trucks all night. My wife beside did not. Guess I should have had another grappa.

The hotel is located @ the center of Tirano, walkable from the main train station, near the shopping areas, restaurants( like Parravicini) actually this has a bar, but I didn’t eat there.I just had coffee& bread. I see locals in it. The receptionist i met was very nice, informative & helpful, speaks English well. The amenities inside the room are very basic, tv w/ 2 English channel, soap/ shampoo, the room is kinda old but well maintained & clean, no smell. It’s not noisy as it was on the main street.The wifi is sometimes slow but okay. I felt safe coming back during the night. For the price i paid this is as good as it gets! Nothing fancy but not too shabby of a place to stay in Tirano, would recommend it.

Lovely old building and town. In a good location and very easy to get around the old town and to the train station. Beds were firm for my taste, but fine for my husband. Great view from our balcony of the river and mountains covered with vineyards!
