Localização ótima, a equipe é sensacional, todos atenciosos. Os meninos do restaurante são maravilhosos. O rapaz do estacionamento super educado e simpático. A experiência de Natal no hotel com papai Noel, o café da manhã, a entrega de cartinhas, a contação de histórias… isso é mágico! Adorei, sempre que voltar a Gramado com minha família ficarei aí.

Gostei de tudo.
