Posizione centralissima a Juan Les Pins

Sporco ovunque! Pavimento nero, come i piedi dopo averci camminato sopra. Mensole con polvere atavica. Sotto il materasso del letto a muro ovvero sulle di parti di rete non coperte da materasso polvere atavica etc. Piatto doccia quasi completamente otturato. Terrazzino che dà sulla via pedonale inutilizzabile per lo sporco che c’è
