Stayed here with parents and children in February 2015, 1st apartment was spacious but bit tired looking( TV in jacuzzi didn't work ) no kitchen and smelt of smoke, the staff were great getting us cups and glasses for the apartment but i had expected a kitchen and hated the smell, they moved us the next day and new apartment was perfect although sofa bed never actually went back into a sofa, location was perfect, staff were extremely helpful, was quite noisy at night but would stay here again just specifying kitchen required.

The apartment was in great condition. Furniture is modern and updated.

It was very difficult to find this apartment. When we finally did (with the help of a waiter a few doors down the street), and tried to check in across the street, we were told that there was a problem with the apartment, but they booked us two adjoining rooms in their hotel instead. The staff was very helpful and our children were amazed by the decor in this boutique hotel. Each room had unique furnishings and exotic bathrooms. The rooms were quiet, despite being located near several late night bars and cafes. It was a one-mile walk to the Parque del Buen Retiro and just a bit further to the Prado.

The only confusing part is that you have to check-in across the street at the Abalu hotel. Oh, that and the hi-tech door locks that end up being a little tough to manage. But after that, everything was fantastic. The location is very centralized in Madrid and everything is a few blocks away. Malasana district is right there. There are some great bars and stores on Calle Pez. The apartment was spotless. The rooms were great and there were more than enough comfortable beds for our group. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

ApartaSuites in Madrid was located on Calle Pez. Its on a narrow street close to porn theatres. Its approxiamtely 6 blocks from La Gran Via. The Beds were hard. The view was uninspiring. At night the lobby door leading to the street would be open, the lobby lights were off and had to be manually turned on. Could not get comfortable at all.
