We spent five nights at this location, and here is a summary of our experience: Pros: 1. Outstanding location. 2. Spacious unit. 3. Impeccable cleanliness. 4. Franco gave us a warm welcome.

Cons: 1. We were surprised by the absence of essential supplies like soap and shampoo, which are typically provided by all other places. We had to buy them ourselves after requesting and left them there for next guests. 2. Inadequate convenience amenities: a) The lack of nightstands necessitated moving chairs between the kitchen and bedroom to serve as makeshift nightstands. b) The unit was missing a sofa/couch, making it challenging to sit comfortably together. 3. The water pressure in both of the baths is extremely low, making it difficult to take a regular shower. 4. The Wi-Fi was unstable, with issues persisting for two consecutive days. 5. Despite making multiple requests for assistance in resolving the Wi-Fi issue, the response time (not including the time it took to resolve the problem) was quite lengthy. In one instance, we didn't receive the initial reply until 5 hours later, even after sending four follow-up texts.

Very central property, lift that worked all the time, the roof was available for relaxing in the sun, as well as having a balcony with table and chairs. Property extremely clean and Franco was very helpful with information of the area and offered any other help we required, giving us his mobile in case needed. If he bumped into us on the stairs or outside he always made sure we were alright and had everything we required. Perfect.

The property had no faults. We would certainly use it again if we ever go back to Sorrento, and would recommend to our friends.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sorrento. Located on the end of the high street where is quiet, but everything is on doorstep. Ports, bus stops, station, shops, restaurants literally reachable in few seconds. The large balcony overlooks the high street is massive bonus to sit with glass of wine and people watching. The apartment is immaculate clean, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed in massive bedroom with lots of storage space and shutters on the large French doors leading to the balcony. The complementary cold beer waiting for us in the fridge was great treat in the hot day. The roof terrace provides amazing see, mountain and city views. Frank is very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. He gives brilliant instructions and advises. Great gentleman too. Thank you, we will be back!
