Das Personal war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee und zusätzliche Decken, Kissen und Handtücher konnte man sich einfach selber holen.

Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Die Betten haben gequietscht. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig aber leider nicht lecker.

Kissen waren nicht so fein, für mich nicht ideal aber hab gut ohne geschlafen.

"Hotel günstig und gute Verbindung zum Europa Park"

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und gute Verbindung zum Europa Park fährt. Beides nur ca 70 m entfernt. Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Umgebung und ein Markt ist auch nur 20m entfernt. Frühstück war reichhaltig. Zimmer sauber und Betten sehr gut. Sitzgelegenheiten hinter und vor dem Hotel. Kaffeeautomat vorhanden und sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich.
