The apartment was clean and spacious with all amenities needed. The staff were excellent and welcoming and for us the location was great with only a few minutes walk to the train station for our travel to Cannes and Monaco. Our first choice to stay in Nice for my next visit

This was not the first time I had stayed here. Price- quality ratio is very good! Close to train station, walking distance to beach. Rooms are well equipped.

Kleines Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage

Haben leider ein anderes Appartement als in der Beschreibung bekommen.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do stacji kolejowej ok. 5 minut. Do przystanku tramwaju nr 2 (na lotnisko) ok. 7 minut. Bezpieczna dzielnica. Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą obiektem.

Murs insuffisament isolés : on entend toutes les conversations téléphoniques comme si on était dans la chambre des voisins.

Due to the location on the busy street, it can be a bit nosey at night with bins being collected etc but nothing too crazy as the shops/restaurants around the apartment close at an appropriate time. I would have loved the TV to have some streaming services we could have logged into as there were no English channels to watch

Posizione ottima. A 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram. Struttura pulita, stanze dotate di tutto, signore gentilissime.
