The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is exceptional. The greeting and help on arrival was warm and very useful. The choice of pillows, the comfort of the bed, the location, I would just book it. You'd be hard pushed to find better in Dunedin.

A superb property which has everything you could want. Beautiful bed linen and toiletries and very tastefully fitted out. Very helpful at Reception. A really great place to stay - highly recommended.
