هناك حشرات داخل المكان ونمل اضطررت لشراء مبيد حشرات لكي يتم التعامل معها لا يوجد مساعده لحمل الحقائب الطريق للمكان صعب جدا ومرتفع 20 دقيقه بالسيارة لكي تنزل من المرتفع بها طريقة الزام الساكن بحمل اكياس القمامه وفرزها بنفسه داخل عدة تصنيفات ليست من مهام المستاجر الاقامه متضمن بها قيمه تنظيف اخيرة عند الخروج يفترض تشمل هذه المهام المكيف عند رغبتك باختياره وتشغيله للحار تدفع رسوم اضافيه !! كذلك

Traumhafte ruhige Lage. Anfang Mai noch wenig los. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren.

Very comfortable, clean, recently renovated, family-run, and happy place with lots of facilities for our 3 kids (we’re not easy guests with a 2, 7 and 10 year old, all high-energy boys), lots of patience with our kids’ misbehaviour. Beautiful views that you never really get used to. Good food, great wine list with good recommendations, super friendly owners. Perfect playground for the kids, and lots of sports activities: swimming, hiking, volleybal, football, mountainbiking, (table) tennis. Great restaurants and local food options nearby,. Will def come back during some warmer weather.

Small things. There is a fence around the outdoor pool but there is an opening next to the playground, which made my wife nervous (we have a 2 y.o. that is a runner). Equipment in the gym is a bit outdated, as is the pool and sauna in the basement. But all things I can perfectly live with. I guess this is the part they still need to renovate. Very much focused on German guests, which is not a negative per se, it’s more that we didn’t expect to find only Germans (or Austrians then) there.

The playground was suitable for the children

The property is outdated and we noticed signs of mold in the indoor swimming pool. The rooms had a musty smell and the air felt dry and uncomfortable. We also experienced the staff/owners as unprofessional. There was little to no greeting and the overall communication did not feel welcoming. At times, we felt that we were not treated as valued guests. Communication was also inconsistent, as we were repeatedly addressed in German despite indicating that we only spoke English. In addition, the property did not feel child-friendly. Many facilities, such as table tennis and the sauna, could only be used after requesting permission from the owners. This created a restrictive atmosphere rather than a relaxed holiday experience, especially as requests were not always handled in a cooperative manner. We had booked breakfast, but due to the low number of guests using it, the buffet was extremely limited while still being charged at the full rate. The selection was minimal (e.g. only basic items such as tomato, mozzarella and cheese), and when we raised this, we were told it was not worth preparing more due to the low number of guests. On another morning when we did not attend breakfast, the owner approached us in a confrontational manner questioning our absence, which we found inappropriate. Due to these reasons, we decided to leave the accommodation earlier than planned.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, alles sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt, Restaurant und Frühstück sind zu empfehlen!. Alles durchdacht und perfekt gelegen, wenn wir nochmal zum Gardasee kommen, dann wieder hierhin. Vielen Dank
