Domaine de Marseillens

Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre. Salle de bain ouverte intégrant le wc ( petit bémol, nous préférons un wc indépendant ). Petit déjeuner super avec sucré salé copieux. Maîtresse de maison présente mais pas imposante, nous recommandons cet endroit à 5 mn de la cité.

A estadia foi muito boa. Os donos são muito agradáveis e cordiais. Estão sempre preocupados em atender. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos locais e atendimento personalizado. No local faltam algumas facilidades, como uma sala de estar. Há a opção da piscina, mas só é cômodo no verão. O banheiro pode melhorar. Para quem está acostumado com chuveiro, como nós, é incômodo tomar uma ducha. O local é distante de Carcassonne, portanto só é aconselhável para quem está de carro. Por outro lado, é bastante tranquilo, distante da agitação da cidade. Dentro destas condições o hotel é altamente recomendável.

Our room was large but basic but well priced. Pool was nice and brekky was good. The staff were good. The ad showed a sitting area in the lobby which we were planning on using but were told on arrival it was a private area - this aspect dissappointed us. I think a car is neccessary when staying here

I’d definitely recommend a stay at this establishment if you are visiting Carcassonne or the surrounding area. Really interesting and picturesque building and rooms with friendly hosts too boot. Ideally placed for access to the old city.

Great location near medieval city (2kms) and local lake. Serve and Muriel delightful and very helpful. Lovely room, quirky surrounds. Could be quite hot in summer months. Beautiful breakfast & parking provided. Recommended

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were large and artfully decorated, breakfast was delicious and the grounds were lovely. The best part of the stay though were our lcharminf hosts who made us feel so welcome. Nobody wanted to leave this stunning oasis.

Vi boede 7 dage på Domain de Marseillens. Det var en helt fantastisk oplevelse. Ægte fransk charme, flot og personligt indrettet og to meget fantastiske personer (Muryel og Serge). Muryel stiller et imponerende morgenbord an og man føler sig virkelig forkælet. Poolen er åben fra 9-12 og igen fra 16-19. Vi er helt sikkert klar på at bo på Domain de Marseillens igen en anden gang. Vores to børn har allerede spurgt hvornår vi skal derned igen.

Loved this place and especially loved the couple running it. There is no air conditioning but a fan helped to keep things cool.

Domaine de Marseillens is such a beautiful house, full of character and life! We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were wonderful! We loved the wide variety of breakfast, the homemade smoothie! The accommodation is in a great location! We would highly recommend!

A warm, homely atmosphere, an interesting building having been an old wine press. Serge and Muriel were wonderful hosts; they couldn't do enough for us and were incredibly helpful. The breakfasts were really delicious, giving us the opportunity to try lots of local produce and specialities. It is best to have a car in order to enjoy trips to Carcassonne and the surrounding area which has many beautiful medieval towns etc. We would love to return to Domaine de Marseillens.
