"Don't expect much."

Over the last few trips the german cockroaches are multiplying. Daily room service does not happen. Covers roughly pulled up once, pic below. Not even fold back sheet neatly! Broken hair dryer took 4 days to finally catch someone to replace it. Asked to also top up tea, sugar, milk and biscuits - got a couple, no milk and one broken pack of biscuits. Yes it is pub stay but no standards here. Shame as it is very convenient and basic .... just no follow through.

Not bed making or change of sheets during one week stay. Broken hair dryer (cut cord) should have been replaced when they clean the room. Miserable top up of tea, coffee etc. Parking is tough when fully booked and no marked lanes so people take up more room.
