Excellent position. The hotel is right next door which is why we keep returning. Can have a cheap and tasty meal in their bistro, a few drinks and walk a couple of metres back to our room.

Unfortunately there were numerous very small cockroaches. The glasses we used at night and put on the sink were full of these cockroaches in the morning. Also there is a double bed with two very flat pillows and only one spare one in the cupboard. When it sleeps two people there should always be two spare pillows not just one.

"WORST MOTEL BALLINA"

Well I have a disability and I use crutches. The gate to the hotel would not open. So I had to walk on the road to get into the hotel. Staff did not help, management what management not on site. Room had mould on roof from floods 3 years ago. Cost $179 a total rip off, no free cancellation. Well there is we got your money so bad luck. Room for elderly or disabled does not suit. We didn't even eat or drink there so 10 people went to a another establishment who provided the services we expected. I DO not recommend anyone staying at the Slipway Motel.

Every thing. price should be 120 a night. Total rip off. no pool, no spa, no BBQ nothing.
