Location, unit was clean

On arrival we found both TVs not working, appeared to be aerial problem. Advised owner on contact number and a gentleman attended our unit to advise trying to fix problem. We are not avid TV watchers but nice to get the news and a show in the evening. Appeared nil works done on aerial during two day stay. Renovations in unit 2 doors down very disruptive. Dank drain smell in kitchen or directly outside back door needs action. Fridge blocking egress to back door is against safety fire code. Probably would not stay again.

Location! Fishpen is the best area to stay in Merimbula. Comfy with all the facilities you need for a stay with your four legged family. Very well equipped kitchen and the entire apartment was very clean .

Set in a lovely quiet location in beautiful Fishpen an easy 1.5k walk into the centre of town. The pool and bbq facilities at the property are also excellent. We booked here because it is dog friendly.

Very sad, tired and run down. The whole unit needs a really deep clean. The worst thing for us was that one of the 6 other units was being renovated, so throughout our stay we were woken at 7am to the sounds of trades working with power equipment which continued throughout the day. They parked directly outside our the kitchen window and sometimes even I the common areas (see photo). It really spoiled what should have been a very peaceful stay.

location was fantastic. Wonderful grassed are outside apartment. Lovely quiet court with track to beautiful beach and pier plus morning coffee.

Bathroom tired but all other areas updated

excellent location, great to be able to have our pupper there with us.

it would have been great to have a fenced off area to make it more pet friendly but that is the only small thing.

the location was great and it allowed pets. bbq area was clean and sheltered.

the property wasn’t properly clean on arrival. shower has mould (so does roof of bathroom), carpets had sand and sequins…only 1.5rolls of toilet paper provided for a family of 4 for a week and no tissues or cooking oil. there were blankets thrown (not folded-scrunched up) into the cupboards (that we wanted to use), cleaning equipment taking up the rest of the cupboards (that we wanted to use). the backyards are all joined and the gates have bars that are too wide for small dogs so pretty useless for our dog.

Good location in the lovely Fishpen area with a great beach for swimming & surfing, inlet for SUP & fishing, park , fish n chips & 2 coffee shops. Unit was very clean.

Nothing I didn't like..it's a very no frills unit, as was expected
