Great location. Pet friendly.

The property was quite tired. Bed was very firm.

Location was great, property well appointed and good size. Accommodation is clean and has all equipment/utensils available. Great that they allow pets!

The overall appartment is dated and feels well worn. The fridge/freezer did not cool to required temp. The hot water in shower could be a bit temperamental running cold during shower. Although this did seem to right itself by end of holiday. Not the best sound proofing in rooms, could hear external stair and walking around on upper floor.

Location was great and ability to bring pet was awesome.

Property was a little poor in presentation and there were a lot of things below standard for the price. Shower did not work properly. Heating was not sufficient for unit. There was outside cold air coming in through windows. Blinds on windows were damaged so outside light same in at night. Main double bed was not very comfortable and sagged. Pillows for beds were very small and lacked support. Hot water ran out twice when having showers. Front security door did not close by itself.

Location close to main beach lake and a short stroll into town.

Not great heating very cold in apartment had oil heater going all weekend

Location to the beaches and walking distant to town. A fantastic area to stay in Merimbula. Very clean and tidy property. Appreciate being able to bring our dog.

Slightly overpriced. A more comfortable mattress would make all the difference.

Good. Different

It was very basic accommodation with rudimentary furnishing. I had the unit booked for a week and got two addition toilet rolls to the one that was on the holder. I also only got one extra garbage bag. These are basic things but provide an indication of the overall accommodation.

Loved the space, nice and big, light and bright with a view, great location super close to the beach. Brought our puppy and she liked it too. Easy check in process.

Shower head was old and didn’t work well, could do with an upgrade.

Great location, and had everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Easy walk to street and beach
