Structure very new, clean and well preserved. Central location with excellent parking. Accomodating in many requests. Excellent reference to a nearby restaurant, Vatra Regala.

Non sound proof balconies and windows as well as no thermal insulation. No lift and safety box. No coffee maker machine.

O locatie foarte bine ingrijita, curata, pot spune chiar inedita, calduroasa si primitoare. Gazda atentă la solicitari. Este un loc frumos interior si exterior unde te simti bine, cum ii treci pragul. Recomand, mai ales celor care vin cu copii. O sumedenie de ursuleți de plus, va așteaptă!
