The location was perfect. The hotel facilities were great. The room itself was good but unfortunately, we could hear easily what was going on in the room next door. The staff was nice

The breakfast was not that good and various. The hotel owner was super cold compared to the rest of the staff and made us feel uncomfortable. Maybe it is also a little overpriced

The location of the hotel was great in a small bay. The bed was comfortable and the room had an amazing view. Breakfast was good too.

Nothing really. The only thing is if you have bad legs and knees you need to know there are no lifts and it's up hill everywhere on the island.

Hotel Ilio is well located in the tiny bay of Sant' Andrea. It is only a 5min walk down to the beach & the hill is not too steep when walking back. The communication from the hotel prior to our arrival was excellent with suggestions for restaurants & what the hotel had to offer. We made a reservation ourselves at one of the restaurants that was suggested & the hotel even confirmed it for us which was a very nice thing to do (Trattoria di mare La Nassa was very good also). The buffet breakfast was plentiful & most enjoyable sitting on the balcony of the hotel with views to the water. The Wifi worked well, the car parking was undercover & everyone we dealt with was very friendly & helpful. We also enjoyed our aperitivo on the balcony prior to our dinner.

beautiful complex in a lovely part of a charming resort. very nice room and beautiful setting and grounds. nice library. attentive help at reception and at breakfast. drinks and breakfast very well done. reception able to advise itinerary, book sun beds, restaurants. clearly knowledgeable and integral part of the local hospitality scene. Cool room with A/C and a ceiling fan.

I would love there to have been a swimming pool for the end of the day and which might encourage a guest to use the beautiful garden more. There is no longer an on-site dinner restaurant. There is little sense of staying in a hotel, where some of the charm is the buzz of other guests being about. On the other hand, if you seek a quiet idyll with excellent front desk, breakfast, housekeeping , you couldn't ask for more.

Everything. Attention to detail was exceptional and would put many 5 star hotels to shame. The staff and owner were charming and extremely helpful. They had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Sant’Andrea is an absolute gem too on an island that is full of gems!

Maurizio was perfect host, recommended superb restaurants and wine testing. Bay view from the balcony, garden with many flowers where you may relax.

Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Lovely staff bringing tea and coffee. Location perfect, a short walk down to the bay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Well tended gardens.

Family run small hotel. Breakfast was great and just a 5 minute walk to beach. The rooms had balconies and the view was very nice. Matress comfortable as well as pillows.

The WC was very low and small. The shower was in a a cublicle that you had to step into and was a bit strange.

When we arrived the lovely woman i the reception showed us around the hotel which was very nice. She and her colleagues were so sweet and helpful to us our whole stay! We stayed in the junior suite which was amazing. The view is wonderful and we would lay in our bed watching the ocean. The cleaning of the room every day was excellent! The breakfast at the hotel was continental and excellent! We love breakfast and we’re so happy there was yoghurt, granola, müsli, nuts, fruits, croissants, other sweets, different bread, several cheese, several ham, egg and lovely cappuccino that they made you from their bar. Amazing! The terrace of the hotel was located with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel had a great parking lot were it was very easy to park your car. The garden of the hotel was also beautiful.

The water jet in the showers were a bit weak. Otherwise nothing. Last night we stayed in the main hotel and it’s quite responsive, so that you hear the other guests easily. The room was also very small in which you couln´t have two big travel bags om the floor at the samt time.
