Central location, outstanding customer service, Katherine (Wenwen) went beyond to rectify a misunderstanding with house keeping, issue not only resolved in a timely manner, but also made sure it’s done to complete satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is what you would expect of a Holiday Inn, which is good. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. Very nice stay for 2 nights.
