Beachwalker Inn and Suites

Beachwalker is an older property, but has been renovated. Our suite had a kitchen, which we requested. It was complete with a microwave, coffee maker, cooktop and 1/2 size refrigerator with freezer. It was stocked with dishes, silverware (though a little light on forks), pots, pans, dish soap and dish towels. The furniture was a little worn (table and chairs). There was only 1 coffee pod and no tea bags. We were not told that there would not be cleaning service during our stay, which would have been nice to know--so the tea/coffee were not restocked. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows could use some help. I suggest bringing your own. We were a block or so away from the beach, which was an easy walk. Close to all the shops and restaurants, too. We were traveling with our daughter, and the manager was very gracious when I called to ask to have our rooms as close together as possible. Parking in the front of the property is a little tight for larger cars, but there is great parking in the back. Overall, this was a most enjoyable stay, and will definitely be on our list of places to stay again when in Cayucos.

Great hotel in a quaint beach town located one block from the water. The room was spacious and clean and there is plenty of parking in the lot and directly behind the hotel in the neighborhood. I had my dog with me and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk through

The room was two queen beds that were fairly worn (dips on both sides) the air conditioner rattled when it ran and we couldn’t the heat because the smell was nauseating. The switch for the bathroom fan was broken, the bathroom door was split and falling apart and the coffee Kureg was broken. Tried to point these out but the person at the counter said she would let the manager know. Prepaid and no other rooms available. The kicker was it appears that three or four of the rooms are occupied by long term remnants (COVID leftovers?) I have requested at least one nights stay be refunded.

It was ok but noisy from above room

Always a favorite for us to stay, we loved the location and the clean rooms. We also had a fireplace which was super nice on winter days.

I loved the room we got, and the staff was so kind. Everything was made simple so i can quickly enjoy my stay! We are looking forward to coming back!!
