Most friendly staff and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel……...Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient……..Room itself was well equipped and comfortable ……… comfortable place for their guest and others who come to visit……… was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I checked into the Ramada and visited the bar and Restaurent on my first evenings stay at this hotel. Both places were very clean and tidy and service was first class. Chandon & Deepak gave us all a warm welcome and were very helpful as we had a young child with us to warm up baby food etc and helping us make the choices from a big selection offered in their menu. We eat early due to our flight arrival times and noticed that they were setting up for an evening buffet service, will have to try that another time during our stay.

Excellent staff in particular Chandan Tripathi in the dining area made us feel very welcome. Door man was kind and greeted us daily and helped with our shopping. Rooms were clean, food was of high quality, and we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

The hotel has lovely big rooms, and great food. We had great butter chicken and laccha paranthas in the coffee shop, served by Chandan Tripathi who insured the chicken didn't have chilly as requested. The room was comfortable heated not over heated. The breakfast buffet was really large and varied. We had a very comfortable stay. Wish the TV channels included more English news channels.

Excellent service, Bigger size rooms, good food and most important is helpful hotel staff. Hotel is very nearby to city railway station. Room ambience is excellent and talking about cost, cost is very minimal as compare to other hotels of same range. So if you are visiting Jalandhar and planning to book a hotel then don't think twice and just goo for it.

Great ambience,good standard of Cleanliness, courteous staff members with an attitude to help and the will to take the extra step way forward .One thing which can be done is that the mini bar should be stocked. Rest everything is fine and needs no change

We had dinner in ramada jalandhar in oasis hall and the food was very tasty and service was very good. Our family enjoyed well. Team work was so good and service was nice. Thank you so much team and speacialy chandan tripathi. See you soon Mr.Pahwa and Ms.Pahwa

I had statyed on 08-12-2024 in the deluxe room with my wife.The room was not upto the standard.The sockets were broken,wash basin was blocked ,matresses were old.Front staff was not cooperative.the one thing i liked the food only.The food was very good and staff in the restaturant was very good and cooperative. house keeing staff was also good.
