Ramada by Wyndham Jalandhar City Centre

I am not sure if Indian people don’t have any concept of hygiene and cleanliness OR my standards are very high. For eg they clean the washroom potty and floor and without washing their hands they keep fresh towels on rack And then bring drinking water bottles in the room. They don’t wear any gloves when cleaning the property. They should be trained 101 the way hard working people in American Hotels perform their job.

Good staff and service. shiva was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. House keeping staff also hardworking and gave excellent service

I stayed for 3 days in a room without Internet. The signal is too weak that was impossible to use it. Second day, I request to change my room, for another location where I the internet signal was better. Front desk request to leave my stuff reception, they would arrange another room in the afternoon. When I came back to the hotel, they sent me to the same room. Also, second and third a day, 2 weeding parties in the hotel, with a lot of noise, including music. Probably the worst Ramada I have tried.

We had to pay extra for second person which is very unusual.

Rubbish service, only after your money. Told us we had to pay more, tax every day, then they changed there story to oh you haven't paid for your room. When we showed them our receipt they changed there story again and said the bill was for room service, which we did not use. They charged us extra 27,000 rupees, which works out about £400. They had a snug grin in there face throughout

Great hotel staff, but rooms a bit dirty and outdated Condition of rooms also disappointing.

for 48 hours it was no connection to be able to make international calls, very dark restaurant, very poor selection of food

3rd Time i stayed @ Ramada jalandhar. Best Jalandhar hotel is Radisson @ much higher costs but dilapidated cf this Ramada. This Ramada offers better value & being smaller there is much less noise from boys parties in rooms @ night. Many many other half cost or less hotels in area but if you prefer "westernised" + good internet then this is best. No-one in Panjab does anything with alacrity. Staff service speed could be improved. For some reason every time i go pool is in refurbishement

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel , staff were attentive and catered to your every need . Food quality at both the restaurants was excellent enjoyed the vast choices there . Spa facilities were also good and not too over priced. Wifi signal was not good at the hotel but overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again .
