Absolutely phenomenal experience at NH Hotel in Barranquilla! My family and I stayed for 7 nights, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the level of security gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Jorge, the manager, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And of course, we can’t forget about Mr. Campos and the rest of the incredible team. Their warmth, hospitality, and dedication to service truly made this trip unforgettable. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was hoping for a pleasant experience in Barranquilla, but it turned out to be even better than I could have imagined! The room was super comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. They had a variety of options for dinner and breakfast, so we could choose something that we both liked. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and they were always there to make sure we had a great time.

Location and quality of the hotel are great, sadly the check-in process was troublesome to say the least, Zharick on the front desk did not try to cooperate while checking in, we were a group of 10 people and I do understand is a big group, but we were trying to get accomodate according to the requests on the reservation and she had an issue every time we were trying to explain something, it took way longer than it should and we were not asking anything out of the ordinary, when we asked if there was a manager on the property (to assist her) she ignored the request and kept typing on the computer, that was not pleasing at all.

As soon as we walked in, Karol, the front desk counterperson received us with a big smile and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was accommodating to our needs and you could tell that she actually likes to make people feel welcome!!! Karol is the best!
