Sunprime Pollensa Bay

I stayed with my 11 yo daughter and had a pleasant trip. Attaching pic with the view from our balcony. To make it even better I’d suggest to create a space for smokers rather allowing to smoke anywhere near pool or sun beds or bar. Also offer a choose of pillows

We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The staff was professional and helped us with everything we asked for. The hotel was clean and modern. There was a group of entertainers with a nice program for the whole day [some of the night shows were really amazing].

Friendly professional staff. Parking in front or side lot. Easy access to the beach. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance called Red Rum. British pub with excellent food. The hotel rooms were clean and simple just like most in this price range. I would stay again.

Too many ants, everywhere in the room, also in near the swimming pool and sitting area

Stayed here 3 nights during a nasty bout of rainy weather. Spent a lot of time in the bar clamoring for one of the few decks of cards/board games to keep ourselves entertained. There was a stage that was always lit up, but no entertainment. Nice variety of drinks, bartenders ok. The included meals were wonderful; had a nice variety at each mealtime each day. We typically had 2 meals/day here depending on our other plans, but the food was quite tasty and the dining attendants were super friendly! Our room had a nice view of the bay. Hotel is a little on the older side but has been spruced up nicely. Best part is we were the only Americans here! :) A little secluded from any restaurants, but a quick 10 minute walk to old Alcudia wasn't too bad. Would stay again!

Lækker mad og god bar. Venligt personale. Ligger lige til en strand, som er bedre end den i Alcúdia. Hotellet er 4-stjernet.

Cadre agréable, personnel très accueillant , cuisine variée et bonne. Les chambres sont très correctes et propres. Tout le personnel fait son maximun pour que les clients passent un bon séjour.
