Não gostei do hotel! Eu iria ficar no Costa mar chegando lá não tinha água e me mandaram pra o PLAZZA SUÍTES, da mesma rede deles... O pessoal do costa mar foram gentis, quando cheguei no PLAZZA SUÍTES começou o pesadelo, cheguei lá pedi cobertores 3 vezes e ninguém trouxe, chegamos super cansados após 9 horas de viagem e ninguém trouxe um cobertor mesmo pedindo... Após 5 horas dos 3 pedidos liguei uma 4 vez pedindo cobertores e só aí trouxeram pq ameacei cancelar a estadia. A comida de manhã PÉSSIMA, sempre o resto do outro dia como bolos e etc... Omelete nem tinha opção de recheios . Chuveiro quente eu reclamei 2 vezes pois a água só estava saindo gelada. O meu marido foi comer pão e queijo e o queijo estava azedo

No momento do check-in após fazer o preenchimento de todas as informações o atendendo informa que a caldeira estava ruim e o hotel estava sem agua. Tive que reservar um outro em cima da hora pagando muito mais caro.

Que eles fossem profissionais e em uma situação comp essa avisar ao cliente o mais rápido possível!
