All good

The booking system, I do not have a smartphone, the system was awkward, there is no personal touch. Why does it have to go through Denmark when a simple phone call, especially for the elderly, would be better.

Friendly Staff

The bed didn't have a duvet cover on it, just a duvet and a spare blanket. Other than that it was clean, tidy and pleasant.
