San Giorgio Villa

Un bel accueil à l'arrivée et tout au long du séjour. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans une belle chambre très propre avec un balcon offrant une vue sur les météores. Stationnement inclus sur place et le petit déjeuner est correct. L’hôtel est située à proximité d'un grand choix de restaurants ( on peut y aller à pied) et on ne peut pas demander mieux pour aller découvrir les météores, les monastères et le village de Kalambaka. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Only one key available even with multiple guests and the reception isn't always open so you cannot leave the key there either. Internet wasn't very good.

Property is really nice. The room was clean. There was a guest that smoked on the balconies and it filled the whole place with smoke. The beds were not comfortable.

Close to the monasteries. The shower is hard to use.

Quiet and the stuffs are very friendly.

Basic but comfortable place with attentive family, and a nice patio with a view for meals. Unfortunately, the pool had gone green with algae as one of the pumps was not working. And the access path to the beach was a little rough. The local beach was swimmable, but not particularly nice.

Very friendly staff, decent breakfast for just 3.50 euro per person.

This review takes into consideration that this is a budget accommodation, and so my expectations were aligned with that fact. This felt like staying at my elderly aunt's home. The building was older, but clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to tavernas, plenty of street parking. The room is basic, but clean. The plumbing is older, but with plenty of hot water. The AC is adequate. The views are fantastic as you are right in the shadow of the Meteora rock formations. Breakfast was Continental style and included fresh bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, tomato, juice, coffee and cake. My family of five stayed one night and the rate was very fair. We booked two triple rooms. The staff was warm and polite, and delighted in my cute kids. The monasteries are only a 10 minute drive from these lodgings.

Reminds me of a Swiss Chalet.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Just a few minutes walk to a street with many restaurants.
