It was my first night in Iceland, so I was super excited to be there. Spent less than 12 hours at the hotel so I didn’t have enough time to enjoy the facilities. But I can say the staff were amazing and always willing to listen and help.

I didn’t arrange a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so walking from the bus stop to the hotel (30 minutes) wasn’t fun.

It was close to the airport and had a free transport back. Charming quiet restaurant and nice public area with a fireplace for lounging. Staff was great. Pool was being serviced so we were compensated. Easy access to town but weather was not good, can’t help that.

Its rather rare that the staff is so understanding and accommodating of the Guest's requests. I appreciate their promptness and politeness during our stay. The hotel is super close to the Airport. We had a wonderful time and can definitely recommend.
