the configuration was what we needed with the kitchen and beds. the location to St Georges hospital was what my wife needed. nothing was too much trouble for the team to help me recover from surgery. it was nice and quiet which was needed for me, even with the full signs up it was nice and private. my wife was happy to stay there and felt safe while i was in hospital.

the toilet/bathroom door needs to be eased as it jams when it is shut, which meant it was not able to be locked. there was no ovenmit for hot stuff in the oven, we got an extra tea towel which did work
