Todo demasiado cómodo, limpio, la cama era Super king así que maravilloso, repetiría sin dudas. El entorno también muy lindo todo. También el personal muy amable. Tiene un restaurante que es muy rico y bueno. El desayuno muy completo

O quarto é lindo e confortável. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!

Staff rude. Já haviam cobrado a hospedagem pelo booking e insistiram que era só uma garantia (mas já estava aparecendo na minha fatura com 20 dias de antecedência antes da estadia). Ao relatar isso, me trataram com desdém, como se fosse loucura minha. Se eu pagasse na hora, tenho certeza de que seria uma cobrança duplicada.Foi bem desagradável... Atendimento no checkout ficou bem abaixo do esperado para o padrão do local. O cardápio do restaurante disponível no local é limitado e no dia em que estive lá metade do cardápio não estava disponível....

"Amazing - must stay in Chile"

It is one of the most relaxing, beautiful hotels I’ve been to. The scenery is breathtaking, the rooms gorgeous, the beds huge and super comfy (best nights sleep I’ve had in ages) and the food delicious. If you get the chance go here! You won’t regret it.
