The size of the apartment. The location was very central. Close to conveniences. We had issues with water pressure but they moved us and were very helpful. My spouse was quite ill during our stay requiring an ambulance and the staff were very supportive.

There was a sizeable kitchen but equipt with a fridge and a microwave only. No crockery, cutlery or cooking facilities. We had to buy an electric cooktop and eating utensils. Our original unit had no water pressure so we couldn't shower.
