I think this property is perfect for shorter term stays. Guests wanting to stay for more than a few days might want mote room features.

I would love to see this property have key pads for access to the main entrance as opposed to keys each room comes with a stack of four keys, which if you're traveling, you certainly don't want to lose them. 😁 A hot and cold mixer for the showers would also be beneficial to regulate the water temp.

Location very good and safe, staff very friendly and the house clean.

The location in the Gardens was nice. So many places to go nearby and eat or be around the friendly people of Cape Town.

This is nothing against the property. It's just the geography of the area is very hilly. So just be prepared to take time and get some good exercise.

Location close to eateries, convenient for shopping, lovely area for walking. Mountain on your doorstep. Light filled bathroom with bath. Netflix entertainment, huge bed. On bus route. Use of dining room and fridge. Arranged airport shuttle. Friendly host.

More light in bedroom would be great.

The location was exactly as expected. The aircon was repaired immediately on request. A lovely property with tremendous potential.

It was disappointing to be received by an inappropriately dressed 'Greeter' who could be heard speaking at the top of her voice for the duration of our stay, as well as having a Soap Opera blaring all day from the kitchen area. The property is advertised as Bed & Breakfast, with reviews regaling the breakfast. We were never offered the option of breakfast, and had we been, we would have declined, having seen the state of the kitchen area. Having our belongings rummaged through on our 2nd day (new unopened cosmetics opened and the stuffed back into the cosmetic bag), as well as one of our snacks going missing was disturbing. Given the daily rate, one would expect the Soap/Shampoo and Coffee, Tea & Sugar to be supplied in an appropriate manner, rather than being hand refilled in unsuitable containers. (Coffee etc in ramekins sealed with re-used plastic wrap) Whilst the linen was changed regularly, the bedding was threadbare and torn on occasion. Finding opened packs of condoms in the bedside table drawers on arrival was inappropriate and unprofessional. Having only one under-counter bar fridge in the common area, for all guests to share, was insufficient and uncomfortable. The overall ambiance was not conducive to spending any relaxing time there.
