Hotel was ok and in great location. One issue was entering hotel there were steps up to lift which is poor design especially as wheelchair lift was broken. Also no car park for hotel, had to park in carpark opposite which gets full quickly. Nice location close to Main Street.

Room was clean and adequate. Would like a little more room and shower was not for tall people. O’Donoghues Pub next store was fantastic - good food and great music

We asked to change rooms after being awakened by loud, drunk people leaving the bars at 2:30 am. We then found that some of the hotel is air conditioned. Nice to have when the weather gets unusually warm. Showers leak, breakfast is ok (but free). But staff was nice.

The hotel is generally in excellent condition for a 4-star hotel. However, the pool area is a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

Great location. Hotel feels dated but has been refreshed and was comfortable. Getting to hotel and Parking difficult due to very busy traffic area. Highly recommend parking in public parking and walking a couple blocks to hotel.

"Comfortable with a central location "

Clean and comfortable room, in a great location for exploring killarney. Staff were friendly and breakfast was really nice. Pool was a bit cold but nice overall. We couldn't get parking in the car park across from the hotel so had to park a few minutes walk away
