A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a mandatory resort fee which includes the following: - beach towels - beach chairs - beach umbrella - WiFi - printing station - en suite coffee-making facilities Please note that there is an additional fee of $109.8 USD per night for every additional guest, which includes the $70 USD room fee plus taxes and a $30 USD resort fee.
