Booked a double bed but on arrival was given a twin room, as it was late and the promise of moving rooms in the morning to what I’d booked and paid for I made do for the night. The next day there was no room with a double bed available, as this is not what I’d booked I asked for a refund so I could find somewhere suitable that could cater for my needs. This is when I hit a brick wall with the staff “we don’t do refunds”, that’s fine then just give me what I paid for then. After 6 1/2 hours I got absolutely nowhere and the staff got very rude. I ended up paying to stay somewhere else and i’m still waiting for a refund. The hotel is advertised as a 4 star, a 2 star rating would be a generous rating. It is like a 1970’s holiday camp. My advice is avoid and book a different hotel.

Hotellet lå super centralt og alligevel uden støj fra den nærliggende hovedgade.

Hotellet var overordnet meget slidt, men funktionsdygtig. På hotelbilleder var der afbilledet en masse mad, men der har ingen restaurant eller lignende på hotellet.

Great location on Rawai beach, close to fish market, shops, restaurants. 2 pools that were long enough to swim. Room had good bathroom with strong shower. Wardrobe and safe and fridge - all the necessary things. Staff were helpful.

Nice and quiet resort near by the beach. Comfy room and big pool areas.
