There was nothing not to like,the room was lovely the bed was extremely comfortable,the staff were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them

This my second time staying here. Just like my first stay the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Even with the pools the nights were quiet and calm. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket

Really can't think of anything

All in total nice hotel. Pool big enough for swimming, about 25 meters. No restaurant but that's no problem as many nearby. A little inside of mainroad makes place silent.

Nice place, a little run down and needs work. Pools are ok. Cats are cool. There is value here.

The two swimming pools. Excellent for lap swimming Good access to pool. A beautiful established garden setting Security Location close to the sea.

On booking.com the facilities listed included a restaurant and a good breakfast. Neither were open/available and did not eventuate despite claims they would be. Those facilities were important for me due to mobility issues. On upgrading to a Delux Pool Access room, the microwave listed on the booking.com site that I was going to use instead of the defunct restaurant, was missing and when I asked for one to be provided, as listed, I was told no. My family members (staying elsewhere) also complained about these issues but to no avail.

Las instalaciones están un poco viejas. Aunque ponga que es un 4 estrellas, no lo es ni de lejos, 2 como mucho. Tampoco tiene la opción de desayuno, tienes que buscarte la vida fuera del hotel.

The stuff is helpful and kind. The pool is great location is perfect
