As long as I stay at the hotel for 1 days only for business purpose, the room quiet clean and quiet comfortable. Please keep it clean because I see it's quiet a old building already.

"Not staying there again"

Decent hotel but the service can use a lot of improvement. Also while the room price is reasonable - expect to pay a lot of money on food, minibar, laundry, etc. Final note: there is no dryer and washer even though the hotel description claims to have it.

"A Museum Visit"

Samarinda is a medium sized city by Indonesian standards. The hotel is one of two business centers. The rooms are below average for what we paid on Hotel.Com. Suggest they lower the price by $20. We traveled to the museum at Tenngarong (18 km away) which is well worth seeing for Indonesian culture.

The Aston is good hotel and conveniently located in the heart of Samarinda. Condition and service is good, but the internet is very poor in room and even the public internet is quite slow.

At this price this hotel is very nice. Location and condition of the hotel are fine, equipped with all traveler's needs including wifi. Recommended for visitors to Samarinda. Will stay again surely.
