The helpful receptionist

- there was no soap nor shower gel - there was no food I could buy - no tea or coffee nor water in the room - no machine in the whole property where I could buy any snacks nor drinks - no shops open nearby! The hotel is advertised in booking with “wifi” & I found out I had to pay for it!!🤯😫😩 - the bed mattress was damaged with like a hole in the middle where you would sink in it😳🤯 Overall I would not recommend it, the only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist that was friendly & tried to help me by selling me a water from the bar, & 2 youghurt from the breakfast allocation, since there was no other type of food I could buy…..

The location is the best about this hotel; it is within walking distance from El Arenal beach and minutes away from the airport by taxi.

The floor of my room was full of sand when I first arrived. There was no sound insulation between rooms and I heard noise all night.
