Atria Hotel Gading Serpong

I stayed at the Atria for business. Whilst the room I had was a little dated, I understand that refurbishment is underway. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Location was fantastic with the mall just across the road. Highly recommend.

Kamar yg luar biasa. Sayang sop buntut nya di panasin pakai microwave. 😢

Not happy with check in supoused 2pm they said room not ready we wait until 5pm, they give smoking room which is not in my booking we refused then we complaints they give us 12th floor when we get in to the room the tv program not clear, noises from aircondition not get towel until 12pm, we need to call reception many time with this problems. Anyway we get room nice and clean bed very comfy, manager hotel come to apology for delays.

We booked Junior suite, in late October 2019 but during the night it was so noisy that we could not sleep and we requested to change room...we got the lower grade room without compensation. we basically paid for suite but getting regular room..The Breakfast was so so..

The soundproofing for the room was poor and I got furniture noises occurring around midnight. Hope that its not due to paranormal origins but that disrupted my sleep for 2 nights. In addition, the towels issued had stains. A bit disappointed but the location beside the Summarecon Mall managed to mitigate the poor experiences

高品質的飯店,但早餐很貴又不好,其他都很好

The property itself is okay, quite strategic but on my recent stay I am not happy with the breakfast menu. The fried (Tempe, ubi and banana is cold like the left over).

Good location for factory outlet shopping

早餐不錯吃，環境普通，一早就施工，完全沒有考慮住宿的客人，很吵！！不會再來了。
