I was very happy with my stay.

The staff is excellent at this hotel. The breakfast and other meals were very good and a reasonable cost. The internet was very poor on floor 8. It was not repaired. Other than the internet the room was excellent.

I bought hotels.com through internetn and went to hotel. Hotel front service forced me pay open credit card for 1 day. Front service made me wait for for confirming to hotels.com even though I showed hotels.com purchase document to front service. I was not pleasant so much.

I used this hotel as a stopover twice in two weeks while traveling to eastern Indonesia. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were well maintained. The price is very reasonable for the value received. The meals in the hotel were overpriced by Indonesian standards but directly across the street is a huge modern 3 story mall that had a dozen reasonably priced restaurants to choose from. The only negative is the distance from the Jakarta Intl airport. In light traffic (if there is such a thing in Jakarta) the trip takes 30-40 minutes. In heavy traffic, it takes 60-90 minutes. If you are not in a hurry, then this is a very nice hotel. I recommend the hotel's private airport transfer service - it's safer and more reliable than the local taxis and about the same price. One other thought - I had a suite on the second floor on my second visit. Great room but the noise from the live music on the first floor was very loud in the room. It stopped around 10 PM. If you need to sleep after long flights, consider a room on a higher floor.

Purely for business travel. In basic location at major commercial area with nothing to recommend for families or tourists.Very poor excuse for pool , on a balcony with no relaxing area for chairs and no stairs into pool.Nothing at all for kids , and too far from airport to use as stopover, about 1 hour in taxi.Could not advise staying around here unless you had to.
