Location was perfect as I was close to the sports venue for the 3 days. Close to great food outlets

The room was good - comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, comfy couch etc. Reception were very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Loved the little Italian restaurant next door.

The bathrooms need an update - ditch the bath and put in a decent shower space instead. Stepping into a bath to shower is pretty old school and as the plumbing at the hotel needs updating anyway it would be a good time to bring the hotel up to date. The off-site, private but insecure carpark was a surprise. The $20 a day fee for this is exhorbitant. Make it free and be upfront about the location and situation for future travellers. This would put me off staying there again, and I definitely wouldn't be using it if travelling alone.
