Good sized room with a kitchenette. Comfy bed. Great shower, which didn't leak water all over the floor. Good location. Loved the Italian restaurant downstairs.

Door to the bathroom was awkwardly configured, but I'm not sure how to improve it.

Ease of booking and communication, quick check-in, exceptionally good room size, opening windows and very low traffic noise. Location suited me well as working nearby and I know the area anyway. Close enough to shops and public transport. Oh! 2 pillows on the bed of differing firmness.

Not a lot to fault - didn't discover until next morning there was no milk - not sure if there was supposed to be - and some door noise from other guests early in the morning managed to penetrate through 2 closed doors. Bit of detailed cleaning perhaps needed in the shower cubicle.
