Dommage de n'avoir aucun service dans l'hôtel. Nécessité de se rendre dans un établissement voisin pour avoir sa clé, déjeuner et regler. Un peu bruyant tant au niveau de la rue qu'en interne : tous les déplacements de la chambre du dessus sont entendus et dérangeants.

Le Concorde was closed when I arrived with a note to say collect the keys from the Hotel du Midi across the road. The staff there were very helpful and offered to lock my motorcycle in a secure garage for the night. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was a good continental buffet. The only problem was that the day had been very hot 40+C (105F) and the room was very hot and hard to cool down - I told the staff that the shutters should have been closed and they agreed this should have been done. It is situated in the old town by the cathederal and local bars and restaurants.

Old style hotel with recently refurbished rooms and modern décor. The room was small but adequate for a one or two night stop over. We had end room with a small but good quality shower room. Located in the centre of Rodez within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and old town. Good car park at rear 5 Euros per night better than using on street parking if staying more than one night

We turned up without a reservation and the charming man on reception sorted a room out for us in a matter of minutes, with a free parking space behind the hotel. The hotel seems to be well run, the two staff we met were very friendly and efficient, the breakfast was very good (continental style) in fact the croissants had run out and the woman on reception immediately ran out to the bakery to get some more before we had even noticed!. The room was well furnished with very comfortable bed, flat screen tv and modern bathroom. Excellent shower, lots of towels, very clean throughout and spare pillows and bedding in the cupboards. My only warning is that the walls are very thin and we could here talking from adjacent room and loud noise from sliding bathroom door in room above. Other than that it was quiet, not much traffic noise at all considering it is on a main road in centre of town a stones throw from the Cathedral. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
