City Avenue Hotel

I cant say what I liked as i couldnt say in the property.

I deffinetely disliked the disrespect towards customers. Forced to cancel the trip due to war in middle east, I tried to contact the property since middled of march. As of today 19 May i never got reply, which leaves huge disappointment. Last 6 years a have more than 12 stays in this property. Even the cleaness and facilities are not optimal ( you cant enter in with 2 luggages as it is too small, all of the rooms are building heavy mold in the bathrooms, linnens are with spots from old dirt) i have always been back due to good location. Unfortunatelly this time I have to say all I saw. The receptionist from Ukrain or other ex Soviet Union country is often unattentive and ignorant. During breakfast the dishes are running short and need to wait more than 10 min to refill. The barman in the lobby bar is pleasant , when he is there, but often missong from his working place while smoking. I can list more things but it will be just loss of effort as the property proved dont want to hear from their guests. Unfortunatelly I have to say this will be my last booking in City Avenue hotel, Sofia.

Very clean, which is most important.
