Vielen Dank für den tollen Service des Personals, sehr nett und zuvorkommend – die kleine, handgeschriebene Willkommenskarte im Zimmer war ebenfalls ein nettes Detail! - Im Schlafzimmer haben wir gut geschlafen und es war sehr bequem auf dem Bett. - Die Küchenzeile war sauber, ebenso wie der Kühlschrank.

Leider sind die Möbel und die Einrichtung der Wohnung sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig, was wirklich unangenehm ist. Wir hatten Zimmer 002 im Erdgeschoss; das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Man traut sich kaum etwas anzufassen, da das Sofa sehr schmutzig und in einem schäbigen Zustand ist. Darauf zu schlafen war ebenfalls keine besonders erfreuliche Erfahrung. - Die Vorhänge/Gardinen waren nicht sauber, sie hatten Flecken. -

La salle de travail est très lumineuse et spacieuse. Les extérieurs sont agréables et bien entretenus, avec une belle piscine. Le personnel est très professionnel, serviable et souriant.

La chambre présentait une odeur de cuisson. La présence d’une kitchenette semble avoir laissé une odeur de gras, malgré le ménage effectué. Il serait souhaitable de nettoyer ou remplacer plus régulièrement le filtre de la hotte afin d’éviter ce désagrément olfactif.
