I really enjoyed my stay here! Costas at the front desk is great and very friendly. The room was very nice and we went for a beach day at the sister resort. The only issue was when we were leaving we asked one of the receptionists at the front desk to help us call a taxi. He obliged and confirmed with us that it would be 26 euros total and the car would arrive in 20 minutes. We got in the cab and drove 5 minutes to the port and the driver told us we owed 55 euros. When we said we were confused because the receptionist had said it would be 26 the driver showed us a text he received from the receptionist saying our names and that we would pay 55 euros. That was very sketchy and I feel a little swindled.

Excellent staff, specially during the day. Really helps with queries and provides all the information. Nice breakfast and comfortable beds. You also get the sea view from this hotel but its from the hotel balcony upstairs and not your own room. The hotel is right next to the city centre and hence many options nearby.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del pueblo de Chora, little Venice y los molinos. Aprovechamos un día el viaje q te ofrecen al Hotel que queda en el area de la playa q es hermoso nos encantó pasar el día allá. Muy atentos ambos hoteles, los recomiendo y el personal muy atento tanto en recepción y en el area del desayuno.

I must say that the breakfast was really good and the staff were really polite and friendly however the room condition wasn't ideal as there were some hazard. The tap of the bath was a really hazard exactly under the shower in a way that was where we are suppose to stand for shower. My partner hurt himself with the tap entering the into the bath, which left him with a cut and bruises. Another hazard we the window also in the toilet where could easily hurt someone's head while showering. A hotel should look for hazards in the rooms to avoid guests to be injured. We inform at the reception and the person at the reception said that he never heard any complaining however I doubt we were the first ones to spot that the tap is exactly where a person should stand to have a shower. Another down point of the hotel is the toilet paper. I paid more than £200 for a night in this hotel and the toilet paper was the worst ever.

the staff were great, very helpful, nice and professional. they did everything to make us feel comfortable. they have a resort on the other side of town (close to scorpios) with a pool and spa and a nice restaurant and etc. there's a shuttle that can take you. the rooms were tiny, we were 3 people - there was a back patio which was nice. the view from the building is great. it's close to everything in the town center and the road.
