Living room was good fantastic clean and room facilities was also good and staff was very complimentary

Shower place was too small the water came out and handwash place was not good and specially you can’t hang the towels only one place

"Tolles historisches Altstadthotel"

Zum zweiten Mal im Haus übernachtet. Wieder alles sehr schön. Die Kombination von historischem Haupthaus und dem Anbau mit modernen und bestausgestatteten Zimmern ist großartig. Die Superior-Kategorie (141/142 zur stillen Seitenstraße!) ist sogar mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank versehen. Gutes Frühstück (auch mit vernünftigen Brotsorten) in angenehmem Ambiente. Freundliche Gesamtatmosphäre. Zudem ist die Lage in der wunderbaren Altstadt phänomenal. Gern immer wieder, unbedingte Empfehlung! Tipp: Parkplatz Houtwal, 2 Minuten mit Rad, Tagesticket 3,20€

"Teleurstellend"

Ligging hotel pal naast bezienswaardigheden en prachtig gebouw met voorplein.

Kamer aan erg kleine kant voor de prijs van comfortkamer en keek uit op bakstenen muur op.nog geen 2 meter. Daardoor nauwelijks daglicht. Ook erg benauwd ondanks airco. Restaurant slecht, kaart had nauwelijks keus en eten niet echt lekker. Personeel amateuristisch en niet erg tegemoetkomend.
