Very good for the price. The view is very sad (parking lot), but the room itself is functional and spacious. Very tiny shower, old school style. Location is good and pool is small but cute and pleasant

Good sized room.. Dual layer. Clean.. Nice. Breakfast was OK.. The lady serving us did great. Pool is not attractive.. Too small and water is really cold. Close to the beach and several restaurants but we were happy having rented a car allowing us to go anywhere. Basically we only slept at the hotel.. Using it as our base for daytrips. Family room is good value. If you are with 1 kid at most we would recommend kamari beach instead.

What an amazing hotel! The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless with an amazing view of the mountain. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Santorini. For the area the price is brilliant!

Super friendly staff. Great location, which is minutes to the black sandy beaches of Santorini; a bus station is down the street, which took us around the island; and a market/restaurants are steps away. Room had a nice balcony that we enjoyed sitting on, which was an added bonus. Staff cleaned our room daily.

Couldn't be happier. 5 minute walk to the beach with endless choices for food, drinks and shops. Fira and Oia are beautiful but if you're looking for hospitality, Perissa is the place to be. Great black sand beach with tons of beach bars that have loungers and umbrellas. As far as the hotel, it was wonderful. Clean as could be. We had a "basement" room but it had a kitchenette and patio. Just lovely. The hosts were so nice. Like staying with family with none of the negatives. Market on the corner and a fabulous 24 hour bakery a block or so away. I travel a lot and this was truly a wonderful experience. They also offer transport to the airport for $25. Google maps say it's only 3 miles but it's around the mountain. Cabs run 35 and up.

A small family run hotel located not too far from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Pick up from the port by George was very nice, as well as drop off at the airport.
