"Tolle Lage für Stadtbesuch"

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Am meerseitigen Rand der Altstadt gelegen. Vom Wohnzimmer im zweiten OG schöner Blick aufs Meer. Sehr großzügig, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Betten. Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, den wir aber gar nicht persönlich gesehen haben. Der Haustürschlüssel ist in einem Code gesicherten Schlüsseld Tresor zu erhalten, Die Wohnung ist über einen Zugangscode zu erreichen.

Die Parkplatzsituation in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft ist schnell beschrieben: Es gibt einfach absolut keine! Der Vermieter mailt einem am Vortag der Ankunft aber einen Stadtplan zu, auf dem kostenpflichtige und kostenfreie Parkplätze markiert sind. Wir haben am nördlichen Ende der Altstadt unterhalb des Kastells an der Küstenstraße eine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit gefunden. Zur Unterkunft geht man dann eben 10-15 Minuten. Für Menschen mit Handicap wichtig zu wissen: man muss über eine relativ steile, nicht allzu breite Treppe zwei Stockwerke nach oben gehen, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Innerhalb der Wohnung muss man wieder eine Treppe bewältigen, um vom Wohnzimmer im zweiten OG in die Schlafzimmer im dritten OG zu gelangen. Was ich eigentlich immer nicht so schön finde: man muss Cash bezahlen. Der Vermieter wird wohl seine Gründe haben…
